This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of one or twelve years from purchase and is non-transferable. This includes the entire chair. BTOD.com will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component. This warranty is void if the product is found to have been misused or modified. This includes a max capacity of 400 lbs.

To keep the cost of these chairs as low as possible they are not eligible for our 30-day free returns policy. However, the chair can be returned for a 25% restocking fee.

Any manufacturer's defect is covered under the duration of the warranty chosen. Normal wear and tear is not considered a warranty issue.

BTOD refurbished chairs come with new aftermarket OEM quality arm pads, gas cylinders, upholstery, and additional seat padding. ASIS chairs are cherry picked to provide the best possible used chair with the best possible used components that have been professionally cleaned and inspected.

In order to provide the best possible price, we are unable to maintain separate warehouse space by year.

Minimal assembly is needed. The chair arrives in three parts: the base, cylinder, and chair. Simply connect the cylinder to the base, then place the chair on top.
