Shop with confidence at BTOD. We proudly offer 60-day free returns with no restocking fees on our most popular office chairs, standing desks, and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied, we will arrange pickup and cover the return shipping costs for truly risk-free shopping.


365-Day Free Returns: NewHeights S Series

NewHeights S Series Desks include free returns within 365 days.

  • No fees
  • Free pickup arranged by BTOD
  • Applies to single-desk returns
  • Two or more desks returned will follow our standard return policy

This unmatched return policy gives you a full year to decide if the S Series is right for you.


60-Day Free Return Program (Eligible Products)

The following products qualify for 60-day free returns with no restocking fees:


30-Day Return Policy (Non-Eligible Items)

For products not covered by our free return programs, the following terms apply:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in like-new condition with original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 25% restocking fee may apply to returned items outside our free return programs.

Note: Most of our best-selling products qualify for free returns, so restocking fees typically apply only to excluded categories or custom items.


Non-Returnable Products

The following brands and categories are not eligible for return:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for replacement parts, a full replacement, or a return at no cost to you.


Abuse Protection Clause

BTOD offers one of the most generous return policies in the office furniture industry. To protect against misuse, we reserve the right to deny returns at our discretion if we determine that a customer is abusing our return policy.

No. If your item is part of our 60-day free return program or the S Series 365-day program, BTOD covers the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Only if your item is not part of our free return programs. In those cases, a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Are any items not returnable?
Yes. Custom orders, outlet items, and the brands listed above cannot be returned.
