This product is warranted to be free of defects due to manufacturing or material as follows: 12-year warranty on all Paramount Series structural components, including gas cylinders, metal and plastic parts, and control handles, under normal commercial use for the original purchaser; 5-year warranty on consumable items such as casters and glides; 5-year warranty on OM in-stock upholstery and foam cushions. Normal wear and tear-including wrinkling, dirt accumulation, or gathering-is not covered. Minor variations in color, grain, or texture of upholstery materials are considered natural and are not warranted. COM/COL and graded-in fabrics are excluded from this warranty.
