This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for a period of 15 years from the date of manufacture on all parts, with the following exceptions: 5 years on urethane skin and foam assembly for Rhino products, and 3 years on fabric, foam assembly, and arm pads. The warranty supports use in 24/7, multi-shift environments and covers users up to 500 lbs. Cramer will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component. Labor and installation charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless approved in advance by Cramer. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover damage from neglect, abuse, normal wear and tear, user modifications, or use of non-Cramer replacement parts.
