Working With TrustPilot Since 2014
In October of 2014, we partnered with a company called TrustPilot. TrustPilot allows us to collect reviews from all of our customers. Any customer who has made a purchase from BTOD.com will be given two opportunities to write a review. The first is immediately after the purchase has been made. The second is 30 days after the order was placed. Our review request is simple; we ask that you provide all good and/or bad feedback with your experience with BTOD.com. If we made a mistake, we want to make sure that we can correct it. By providing all feedback, we get a better understanding of where we are excelling and if we need to make improvements.
