This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the following durations and is valid only for the original purchaser: Lifetime warranty on the steel frame and pneumatic lift, 2 years on the base, casters, lumbar, and arms, and 1 year on upholstery and foam. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear. It is void if the product is found to have been abused, used beyond its intended purpose, or otherwise misused. All shipping charges for replacement parts are the responsibility of the purchaser.
