Any manufacturer's defect is covered for 12 years, Normal wear and tear is not considered a warranty issue.

Grade 4 Fabrics: Clean with water based cleaning agents, foam or pure, water free solvents. May also be disinfected with hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, and quaternary ammonium (quat) based cleaners. Vacuuming or light brushing is recommended to prevent dust and soil buildup. DO NOT USE BLEACH.

Vinyl: Clean with 10% solution household dish soap with warm water. 1:10 diluted bleach solution with damp cloth, rinse immediately.

The Leap chair is often preferred, offering a contoured seat suitable for various body sizes. Unlike the Aeron with a mesh seat causing discomfort for some Classic Aeron users due to its harder frame, the Leap's seat pan provides flexible support for different leg positions. The Leap's seat slider allows for height adjustments, enhancing adaptability, while the Aeron has fixed models based on user characteristics, lacking seat adjustment options.

For all of our refurbished chairs, the warranty is covered by BTOD.

Minimal assembly is needed. The chair arrives in three parts: the base, cylinder, and chair. Simply connect the cylinder to the base, then place the chair on top.
