The Element Disc was designed with a slender, futuristic design that maximizes light output and increases the light’s lifespan. The build-in LED technology brings sustainability with its occupancy sensor that will turn the light on when a user enters the area, or turns it off when a user leaves. With internal counterbalance, the light provides one-touch positioning and simply folds for easy storage.


The Element Disc brings sustainability to a whole new level with its seven levels of brightness. This lamp is made from 8% post-consumer recycled content. While giving out 330 lumens, this lamp only uses 7 watts of power to produce incandescent lighting levels. The Disc also ships in packaging that contains recycled content.

Thin Film LED Technology

The Element Disc light provides any work space or environment with ample light that delivers 330 lumens and only uses 7 watts of power. This light introduces the new Thin Film LED Technology that emits bright 3000K light. With glare free light, this new technology helps reduce eye strain, and in turn, increases the lamp’s lifetime.

Smart Dimming

Featuring seven different brightness levels, easily pinch the the light head to bring the light to your perfect illumination setting. While saving energy and providing ergonomic function, the smart dimmer also has a built-in PIR occupancy sensor that will turn the light off if the user leaves the area and back on when the user returns.

Element Disc features one-touch adjustability with its internal counterbalance system. Easily move the light with one-touch positioning. When the light is not in use, simply store it away by folding it into it’s compact nesting position. While storing the light away, the lamp head smoothly folds over the base, mirroring the base’s form.
